1. Promotion

This promotion is a game of chance. Entry is free and open to individuals who comply with the entry requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. It is open to participants in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

2. Entry Method

To enter, participants must complete the steps outlined in the Promoter’s Instagram post or story announcing the competition, which may include sharing the post to their Instagram story and commenting as directed. The Promoter reserves the right to update the entry method, provided it remains substantially similar to the above.

3. Eligibility

Entries must comply with the instructions provided on Instagram. The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. Prize

The prize consists of one family film session, valued at less than AUD $3,000. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the Promoter’s discretion.

5. Winner Selection

(a) The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.

(b) Entries close midnight 05/04/25 and the winner will be selected on 06/04/25.

(c) The Promoter will use a random number generator or similar random selection tool to ensure the draw is conducted fairly and impartially.

(d) The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or comment reply within 10 business days of the competition closing date.

(e) If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

6. Permit Exemption

As the total value of the prize is under AUD $10,000, no permit is required under New South Wales law.

7. General

(a) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

(b) By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability related to this promotion.
